Alice Fulk, Human Resources Director

Alice began her career as a police officer for the Little Rock Police Department and worked her way through the ranks to become an Assistant Chief. She retired in October 2020 and then served as the Chief of Police for the Arkansas State Capitol Police Department for 2 ½ years. She is a graduate of the Senior Management Institute for Police. Alice serves on the Board of Women and Children First and the Small & Rural Law Enforcement Executives Association. She holds a Master of Arts degree in Human Resources Management.
