Brian Galloway, Fleet Manager
Brian joined North Little Rock Wastewater Utility as Fleet Manager in April 2026, bringing
over 30 years of experience in automotive repair and municipal fleet operations.
He began his career in 1990, transitioned to municipal fleet maintenance in 1996, and was
promoted to Vehicle Maintenance Supervisor in 1999. From 2011 to 2025, he served as Public
Works Director, overseeing critical infrastructure and public works services.
After briefly managing a material recovery facility in the private sector, Brian returned to public
service in 2026 in his current role.
