SAFETY SENSITIVE POSITION
Full-Time Position, Pay Grade 10
Salary: $24.15/hour – $38.03/hour
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday and be available after-hours as needed
Positions Supervised: CCTV Crew
Position Summary:
The CCTV Crew Leader will oversee the daily responsibilities for CCTV crew from start to finish.

Essential Functions:
Follow the instructions of the supervisor to complete work orders.
Train, direct, and supervise the work of assigned Crew Assistants and Utility workers.
Ensure compliance with safety procedures and guidelines.
Ensure that all reports are completed and that all tools are cleaned and returned to their proper place.
Develop and maintain good working relationships with a variety of people, including customers, managers, supervisors, tradespersons, and laborers.
Perform other job duties as assigned.

Ability to lift 125 pounds.
Ability to fit through a 24” manhole opening.
Ability to learn new camera software.
Must be able to enter required information into CMMS system on tablet/computer.
Must be able to use Microsoft Word and Excel.
Minimum Requirements:
Must have a High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED)
Must have a valid Arkansas Driver’s License and Arkansas Commercial Driver's License
NASSCO PACP Certification (preferred)
Experience:
Three (3) to five (5) years of CCTV experience.
Served as a lead supervisor.
Additional qualifying experience or completion of coursework at an accredited college or university in a job-related field, may substitute on a year-for-year basis for one year of the required experience or education.
Other Requirements:
Ability to lift over 100 pounds frequently and to bend, squat, stoop, stretch, reach, grasp, crawl, climb, push, and pull.
Must be able to see, hear and speak, smell, and wear all appropriate PPE (shoes, goggles, masks, and gloves).
Must be able to withstand the sight and smell of raw sewage.
Must be able to work outdoors in all types of weather.
Must be able to walk on uneven surfaces.
Position not eligible for remote work.
