SAFETY SENSITIVE POSITION
Full-Time Position, Pay Grade 4
Starting Salary: $17.16/hour
Opening Date: 11/10/2025 Until Filled
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
At least 18 years of age
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Ability to lift 94 pounds
Ability to read and write
Ability to fit through a 24" Manhole
Ability to obtain a valid Arkansas Driver's License
Must have experience working outdoors or similar environments
Upon selection for employment, must pass physical/drug screen prior to coming to work
Or any combination of experience and training which provides the required skills, knowledge and abilities.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Follow the instruction of the Crew Leader or Supervisor
Performs heavy manual labor
Assist in loading and unloading equipment on the jobsite and at the shop
Erect safety devices according to traffic regulations
Comply with safety procedures and guidelines at all times
Clean tools and equipment and return them to their proper place
